I personally love the warm and comforting bowls of ramen at Yamazaki Ramen, especially during the cold winter nights. The rich and complex broth, paired with chewy noodles and tender meat, create a satisfying meal that hits all the right spots. Some of the best ramen on the east coast. The broths are perfection. Also their side dishes are superb. Service is exceptional. I drive 40 minutes, pay a toll, and pass about a dozen ramen spots just to eat here.

Nothing more satisfying on a winter night than a warm bowl of Ramen and good company. You'll find both at Yamazaki Ramen located right down the street from Villanova. A lovely establishment full of impressive art works and tasty reasonably priced food. Haven't tried Shumai before so it was a nice appetizer. For my main I went with the Tan Tan. I loved the spice, balance, and noodle texture. Highly recommend the mini curry bowl. Our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and let us know some of his personal favorites.

Who would not love Ramen noodles or anything of that kind? I simply love your food. I have no complaints you need it. You eat it. Good luck to your business.

First time here. Everyone ordered a mini curry rice bowl, charshu onigirl and ramen. The mini curry bowl and charshu onigirl were fantastic. I ordered a shoyu ramen with chicken. It was a bit too salty for my taste, but still good. They were also out of bamboo shoots. Good food for a good price. I would come again.

Excellent spot for an affordable and delicious meal. Staff is very friendly and professional. Service is fast. Food is made with quality and expertise. Ambiance is clean, bright and inviting.

TLDR: pretty good ramen, excellent customer service! Will be returning :) came here with a friend right before a movie to grab a quick meal. They were completely full, had tons of takeout orders to fulfill, and only had one waiter for the whole restaurant. It took us almost an hour to get our food, and when it finally arrived we only had about 25 minutes until the movie started, so we asked our waiter for the check at the same time. He apologized profusely and then gave us 50% off our entire bill. We ended up making the movie after eating the fastest meal of our lives. The waiter was one of the kindest waitstaff I've had at any restaurant despite being clearly overworked and overwhelmed. The ramen itself was good - definitely the best ramen I've had in or near Philly and on par with the ramen I'm used to in cities with larger Asian populations. It's also the only place in Philly that I've found with sukiyaki - the sweet beef that they have in the beef udon or the beef rice bowl.

Delicious food served to the right temperature. Service was friendly and quick. The restaurant was overall amazing. I loved the artwork. It gave the right vibe for what was to come. My favorite dish was the chicken curry. Chicken cutlet was nice and crispy. The curry sauce was perfectly savory. The pickled ginger sprinkled in every bite. Delish. Will have to come back again.

This was great ramen. The broth was insanely complex and almost tasted like bacon. This was one of the best broths I've had. The wavy egg noodles (ordered as a sub) were fresh, and chewy, and dense. The egg was so creamy and smooth. The side mini curry had perfectly executed rice, intense Japanese aromatic curry, and tender/juicy chicken thighs. The service was prompt and friendly.

We came here on a Wednesday night craving some warm ramen noodles. We were seated immediately and the food came out fast. The Yamazaki Special was delicious with juicy pieces of pork in it. The broth was really delicious and unlike most other ramen I've had in the past. My wife enjoyed the veggie Ramen but wished it had a bit higher veggie to noodle ratio. The service was great and attentive. Definitely stop by if you're looking for some great ramen options on a cold winter evening. It hit the spot.
